You can still look cool in the summer heat with these vintage summer jackets. Some are more see-through than others, but they all make great cover ups on those breezy summer nights. Yes, they are typically dark colors, which makes them perfect to wear over a light colored dress or blouse so that the pattern in the weave can be seen.
